Reference is hereby made to that certain Declaration of Condominium, South Shore I Condominium dated April 7, 1986, and recorded in the Sullivan County Registry of Deeds at Volume 797, Page 286.
Whereas, Section 4 of said Declaration provides for the amendment of the said Declaration upon the vote of at least seventy-five percent (75%) of the votes of the Unit Owners.
Whereas, such percentage of votes have been duly cast to amend the aforesaid Declaration in certain respects.
Whereas, no other consents are required therefore.
Now therefore, said Declaration is hereby amended as follows:
Article 3
DELETE the existing section (f) and substitute the following:
(f) Additional Assignment of Common Area as Limited Common Area. The Board of Directors, may upon written request of a unit owner and in accordance with New Hampshire RSA 356-B:19, assign to a unit additional limited common area for the installation of a lower deck which would follow the footprint of the upper deck. The unit owner shall be responsible for the cost of maintaining, repairing and replacing the additional limited common area and all such costs shall be assessed to the unit.
PASSED BY UNANIMOUS VOTE OF THE UNIT OWNERS
