Whereas, the Board of Directors of the West Cove "A" Condominium Association, is empowered to govern the affairs of the West Cove "A" Condominium Association pursuant to Article III of the By-Laws,
Whereas, there is a need to adopt specific rules regarding the use of any wood/coal/charcoal burning appliances such as Chimineas but not limited to,
Whereas, it is the intent that this rule(s) shall be applicable to all Owners and their Renters and Guests, and this resolution shall remain in effect until otherwise rescinded, modified, or amended by a majority of the Board of Directors,
Now, therefore, be it resolved that the following rule(s) regarding the use of any exterior wood/coal/charcoal burning appliances are hereby adopted by the Board of Directors:
a.) No exterior wood/coal/charcoal burning appliances such as Chimineas but not limited to, will be allowed in West Cove “A”.
This resolution does not apply to charcoal grills whose sole purpose is for cooking.
