Air Conditioning Resolution May 15, 2003

Whereas, the Board of Directors of the West Cove "B" Condominium Association, is empowered to govern the affairs of the West Cove "B" Condominium Association pursuant to Article III of the By-Laws,

Whereas, there is a need to adopt specific rules regarding the installation of air conditioning systems,

Whereas, it is the intent that this rule(s) shall be applicable to all Owners, and this resolution shall remain in effect until otherwise rescinded, modified, or amended by a majority of the Board of Directors,

Now, therefore, be it resolved that the following rule(s) regarding the installation of air conditioning systems are hereby adopted by the Board of Directors:

a.) All mechanical components, including but not limited to "portable conditioners", are to be located within the unit with the unit owner retaining full responsibility for all cost and future maintenance of said system.

b.) All requests must be submitted in writing to the Board of Directors.
