REMINDER:
South Cove Height's monthly fee is $325 per month.  Payment is due on the first day of the month for which you are paying.
Safety:
Always keep fire extinguishers and flashlights handy for emergencies.  It is a good idea to install carbon monoxide detectors in your unit.
For safety, please remember to place your outdoor grill at the furthermost point of the building when in use.
Also putting a "fire mat" under your grill  is a great risk reducer.  You can purchase one from any building supply store.
South Cove Heights is one of nine Condominium Associations located within the 3600 acre private community known as "The Eastman Community". Although part of the Master Association where owners share in the common amenities, South Cove Heights is a separate entity with its own governing documents and responsibility for funding the Maintenance, Repair, and Replacement of the South Cove Heights Condominium Association.

The "Heights" was formed in 1988 and has a total of 14 units—this total encompasses two different style units the "A" and "B" style. These units vary in actual square footage in accordance with the unit style.  For emergency response purposes, the Association later adopted the following Street Names:
Barn Owl Overlook (20-46)

Currently serving on the Board is: Fredrick Hartman, President and Directors Arnie Quiros and Jim Fear.

FYI
PLEASE BE CAREFUL ON YOUR WALK WAY THIS WINTER!

During snow shoveling our field workers have found that your walk ways tend to be slippery when covered with snow and/or water.  This increase in slick conditions may be due to the new stain product used this past spring.
