West Cove "D"'s monthly fee is $330 per month and a $80 per month special assessment.  Payment is due on the first day of the month for which you are paying.
Safety:
Always keep fire extinguishers and flashlights handy for emergencies.  It is a good idea to install carbon monoxide detectors in your unit.
For safety, please remember to place your outdoor grill at the furthermost point of the building when in use.
Also putting a "fire mat" under your grill  is a great risk reducer.  You can purchase one from any building supply store.

Dear WCD Owner,

As the Chimney/Flue Project has progressed, we have observed that many Owners are taking this opportunity to switch to propane heating appliances.  As a flue component, such installations include a chimney cap supplied by the vendor/installer and are thus paid for by that Owner.  Owners who wish to continue to burn wood are reminded that a chimney cap is still required.  That chimney cap is to be paid for by that Owner and shall conform to the specifications of the WCD Association.  Specifications are available from Belle Terre.  Installations not including this important component will not be approved.

Such measures are important for life safety and property protection and the BOD urges your complete cooperation and compliance.

Thank you
WCD Board of Directors
