“ Out of Schedule” Staining Policy

If an owner wants to schedule a specific day and time for their walk/deck to be stained and that date is outside of the pre-arranged schedule with the Staining Contractor, there will be an additional fee of $75 per deck/walk.  The owner(s) and/or their rental agent will be responsible for contacting the staining company to make new arrangements for a day and time.  If an owner chooses not to have the staining done at all, the deck/walk will not be done again until the next scheduled rotation for that unit.
