Although our normal business hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, please keep in mind that the "nature of our business" occasionally requires both Lori and me to be off site for Association errands, inspections, contractor meetings, Board meetings, continuing education seminars and/or classes, etc.  Therefore, for convenience, we have installed a "Drop Box" at our office--please feel free to use this drop box for keys, payments, and correspondence.  If you authorize your key release to a contractor or guest for personal reasons, we recommend that you or your contractor notify us in advance of the actual day and time (approximate) to ensure arrangements for the pick up have been confirmed.
Grills:
Our insurance carrier has asked that we remind owners to move their gas grilles to the furthest most point of the deck when in use. Also, please remember to shut off the gas when not in use.
Owner Information
Please remember to provide our office with any updates to your address, telephone/fax numbers, area code and/or e-mail address.
Tenants/Visitors:
It is important to remember that tenants and/or visitors are the responsibility of the owner from whom they are renting or visiting.  It is your responsibility (or your rental agent’s) to keep them abreast of any scheduled work in or about the condominium unit.  In addition, they must also adhere to the same documents that govern the owners throughout the Association. 
As the condos age so do the internal mechanical and electrical systems.  We strongly recommend owners conduct a physical inspection of items such as:

Water heaters;
Washing machine hoses;
Dryer vents;
Floor drains;
Sink traps;
Main water supply valve;
