Safety:
Always keep fire extinguishers and flashlights handy for emergencies. It is a good idea to install carbon monoxide detectors in your unit.
For safety, please remember to place your outdoor grill at the furthermost point of the building when in use.
Also putting a "fire mat" under your grill is a great risk reducer. You can purchase one from any building supply store.
West Cove “A” is one of nine Condominium Associations located within the 3600 acre private community known as "The Eastman Community". Although part of the Master Association where owners share in the common amenities, West Cove "A" is a separate entity with its own governing documents and responsibility for funding the Maintenance, Repair, and Replacement of the West Cove "A" Condominium Association.
“A” was formed in 1981 and has a total of 61 units—this total encompasses four different style units—the Wheelock, Webster, Parkhurst and Ledyard. These units vary in actual square footage in accordance with the unit style. For emergency response purposes, the Association later adopted the following Street Names:
Bay Tree Lane (Units 1-34) Old Beach Circle (Units 35-49) College Overlook (Units 50–61)
Currently serving on the Board is: Tom McGough, President and Directors Ernie Mills and Carol McEntee. The directors serve a rotating three year term, which means there is one position open annually.

DECKS AND WALKWAYS UNITS 31-61
Lake Sunapee Painting has started the annual sanding, washing and staining of the decks and walks on the above noted units. Please note this requires the use of electricity and water. If you DO NOT want the contractor to use your utilities to wash and /or sand your deck and walk, and that of your neighbors if needed (absentee owners sometimes do not have their own water and power available), you must notify Belle Terre of your request not to use your utilities prior to the contractor reaching your unit.
