Lower Level Condensation
Condensation in the lower level of the condos can be a serious problem throughout the summer and winter months. In accordance with an Engineer's Report, one of the major contributors is the lack of use of a dehumidifier and/or heat. The dehumidifier should be connected to allow for the water to empty as needed. Many of the units have a hose exiting into a drain or to the exterior which prevents the machine from shutting down when the pan is full. Being proactive now, will save down the road.
